Battle Arena

The Arena is one of the key points of interest and earning potential for players in The City of Ra. The arena is where Kami, NFT figter pets controlled by players, fight.

The fights use a turn-based system in which players take command of their Kami. At the beginning of each turn, both sides can attack, use items, swap one Kami for another in their group, or defend. Each player uses his Kami to reduce his opponent's Kami HP to zero, causing the Kami to lose consciousness and be rendered unable to fight past that point. The player who manages to bring all enemy Kami's HP to zero wins the battle.

The following game modes will be available in the Arena:

  • Training fight (1x1)

  • Ranked Fight (1x1, 2x2) in which players move up in the standings by winning matches

  • Tournaments with a prize pool formed from the in-game fees and the Rising Sun metaverse treasury

In ranked fights, players make contributions to a shared pool, later distributed among the winners.
